Small business website design

A new client should be able to tell what you do, who it's for, and how to start. I design and build that site for owners of small firms, then hand it over with notes so you can change the words.

20 minutes. No pitch, no commitment.

Who it's for

This is for you if you sell a service and the website is behind the work. Agencies and consultancies, and other owner-run businesses in the same spot.

You might have a template that could belong to anyone else, a site someone else left behind, or no site at all. You don't want a second job learning a page builder.

Problems it solves

Someone lands, can't tell what you sell, and leaves. Or they write a personal inbox and the note sits there until the week gets away.

The site is fragile in the other direction. You're afraid to change a sentence, or the login belongs to a person who no longer works with you.

A page builder was supposed to fix that. It added another tool you don't open. The pages still don't answer the questions a client asks before they hire you.

What you get

  • The pages we agreed on, written so a stranger can tell what you sell
  • A way to reach you that matches how you already take work, such as a short form or a booking link
  • The finished site, plus short notes on how to update the copy

A new site won't fix a fuzzy offer, or a follow-up you never send. If that is the real problem, I'll say so on the call.

How it works

  1. Book a 20-minute call. Bring the current address if you have one, and the one action you want a visitor to take.
  2. I'll tell you whether a new site is worth it, or whether a smaller fix is enough.
  3. We name the pages and what each one has to answer.
  4. I build it. You review it in plain language. You leave with the site and notes on how to change the words.

Before you book

Before you book, write the three questions a client asks before they hire you. If the current site doesn't answer them, that list is the brief.

If the question is whether agents can use the site you already have, take the Agent readiness check. Paste the public address. On a short call I'll show where agents can use the site, what's blocking them, and what to fix first.

Let's see what makes sense

Tell me what's eating your time, or where AI feels like it's happening at you instead of for you. I'll give you a straight answer on whether software or AI can actually help. If it can't, I'll say so.

Simple conversation. No pitch, no commitment.

Priced to the outcome and the value it creates — never per seat.
