AI automation for small business
You tried the chatbot. The proposal is still rebuilt from scratch, and the follow-up still lives in your head. I take one of those jobs and build it into the tools you already use. The other option is an assistant around those tools, not a generic chatbot. If the job should stay in your hands, I'll say that.
20 minutes. No pitch, no commitment.
Who it's for
Owners and operators of small agencies and consultancies, including one-person shops. You do the sales calls, or you sit close enough that a missed follow-up hits you.
You have used ChatGPT or Claude enough to know the demo is easy. You don't have a developer on staff, and you don't want another login for its own sake.
Problems it solves
The hours that disappear are the ones that never make it onto an invoice. Proposals and scoping write-ups start from a blank page. Client reporting gets assembled by hand. Meeting notes don't become the follow-up. Onboarding a new client is the same copy-paste chain every time.
The CRM, the inbox, the docs, and the calendar are already there. The bridge between them is you.
Automating a process that still changes every week makes the client work worse. If the steps aren't stable, the first job is writing them down.
What you get
- One repetitive job, built and working on the tools you already use
- Or an assistant around those tools. You leave able to run it, or I build it and keep it running
- The model that fits the job: Claude, ChatGPT and Codex, OpenClaw, Hermes, or something custom
- Written down, so you can run it after I leave
- A direct no when the process still lives only in your head
I won't automate work that still changes every week. A chatbot with no tie to your tools is not the assistant this page is about.
How it works
- Name the job, or the place an assistant would sit. Pick one task you did more than once that never made it onto an invoice.
- On a 20-minute call, we walk through how it runs, including the exceptions.
- If the steps are stable, I build that one job on your current tools and hand it over with notes. If you want an ongoing assistant instead, we set it up around the same tools. You can leave able to run it, or I can build it and keep it running.
- If the steps aren't stable, I'll say so, and I'll tell you what has to be written down first.
Before you book
Write those steps the way you do the task, exceptions included. That page is the start of the job.
If you aren't sure which job to start with, take the free AI Opportunity Audit. Tell me how your week runs. I'll send an AI Opportunity Snapshot: what stood out, what's worth handing to AI first, and your next move.
Let's see what makes sense
Tell me what's eating your time, or where AI feels like it's happening at you instead of for you. I'll give you a straight answer on whether software or AI can actually help. If it can't, I'll say so.
Simple conversation. No pitch, no commitment.
Priced to the outcome and the value it creates — never per seat.
